If your card has expired or has been misplaced, we may still need to verify that it belonged to you.
We suggest that you first check your online banking account. There may be an option such as ‘Card History’ or ‘Debit Cards’ showing your previous card details. We require a screenshot of the card history, which must also include your name, card number and the bank’s logo.
Failing that, you can call into a branch of your bank where they will be able to print out proof for you. This document needs to be signed/stamped by your bank to certify its authenticity.
When submitting photos of paper evidence, please ensure that all details - such as your personal information and the bank’s logo - are clearly visible. Also, make sure that you have followed our guidelines for submitting photographic evidence to reduce the risk of the documents being rejected.
To speed up the verification process, please log in to your Royal Panda account and upload the files in the ‘My account’ section. Please bear in mind that our system is unable to accept files bigger than 10MB.
