To verify your address, you will need to upload a scan, clear photo, PDF, or screenshot of any official document addressed to you that is no more than six months old. This can include:

• Utility bill (electricity, water, gas)
• Bank statement
• Credit card statement
• Tax/welfare letter

To speed up the verification process, please log in to your Royal Panda account and upload the files in the ‘My account’ section. Please bear in mind that our system is unable to accept files bigger than 10MB.

If you don’t own any of these documents, please contact our customer service team who will be happy to help find out whether there’s an alternative method of verification available to you.

Here are some tips on how to photograph documents:

• Place the document on a dark background.
• Use natural lighting and do not use a flash.
• Ensure the entire document is visible in the photo.

When photographing documents, please ensure the photo is clear, the document is not obscured or covered and all four corners of the document are visible. The resolution should be high enough to zoom in to read all the details. We recommend quickly checking the photograph of your document before sending it to us to ensure it meets the above criteria.
