Deposits are usually instant, try refreshing the page if it does not show immediately. However, there may be a small delay depending on the method used.
If deposits take longer than 24 hours, it is best to check your account that you transferred the money from to see whether the funds were deducted. If so, upload a screenshot of the transaction in the ‘My account’ section and contact our customer service team. You can upload a screenshot by completing the following steps:
- Log into your Royal Panda account.
- Go to the ‘My Account’ section.
- You will see ‘Document upload’, underneath click the button ‘Choose a file’.
- Select the file to upload.
- Click on the button ‘Document type’ to select ‘Missing transaction’.
- Click ‘Upload’.
