Want to check your bonus wagering requirements’ progress?

• Go to ‘My account’.
• Click ‘My bonuses’ for a table overview of your bonuses.
• ‘ID/Name’ indicates which bonus is being referred to.
• ‘Status’ shows the current status of the particular bonus, statuses include the following:
  • Active – a bonus you are currently working to achieve. 
  • Released – a bonus that you have received, used and benefited from after meeting the wagering requirements.
  • Queued – a bonus that you are not actively working towards achieving (you can only be working towards meeting the wagering requirements of one bonus at a time).
  • Canceled – a bonus that was canceled.
  • Spent – a bonus that was achieved, but didn’t produce a win.
  • Expired – a bonus that was not achieved before the expiration date.
• ‘Expiry date’ shows the deadline for meeting the wagering requirements for that particular bonus.
• ‘Trigger date’ is the date the bonus was triggered or opted into.
• ‘Amount’ shows the amount of the bonus.
• ‘Wager requirement progress’ shows the percentage currently achieved towards meeting the 35x wagering requirement.
