Updating and editing your personal information is easy. You can update your address or phone number yourself in the ‘My account’ section by following these steps:

• Log into your account.
• Click the ‘My account’ link in the top-right corner of the page.
• Click the ‘Edit profile’ link on the left-hand side menu bar.
• Change the details you wish to change.
• Click the ‘Submit’ button.

However, should you wish to change your name, email address, or country of residence, please contact the customer service team who can assist you further. Please be aware that we can only change a username under exceptional circumstances.
