How do I opt out of all bonuses?

When you make a deposit, you can opt out of claiming a deposit bonus. 

To opt out of all bonuses and promotions, you will need to complete the following steps: 

  • Log in.
  • Click ‘My account’ at the top right of your screen.
  • Go to ‘Edit profile’.
  • Uncheck the box ‘I want to receive free spins, bonuses and exclusive offers from Royal Panda via email or SMS’.

You can also remove individual active bonuses in the ‘My account’ section, by clicking on ‘Cancel’ next to the ‘Active bonus’ bar.

Please remember that winnings from free spins count as bonus money.
